What are the SOL made from?

Our SOL collection is made from a high quality foam (EVA) that gives Alma an excellent cushioning, supporting and protection. It´s waterproof material and is efficient to make shock absorption in every step.

What are the ECO SOL made from?

Our ECOSOL collection is a combination of a 100% recycled tire soles and an insole made from a high quality foam with excellen cushioning, waterproof and shock absorption. The sole made of 100% recycled rubber made of tires made our Alma´s the perfect anti-slip option

Are they true to size?

We recommend you to check our size chart to measure your feet and choose the size that will fit you better. Click here for size charts

Do you ship word wide?

At this time, only in Guatemala and the US for sure, this information will be updated.

How long will it take to get my order?

Not sure about this too because it depends of the delivery company. In Guatemala it takes from 3 to 5 business days approximately.

Where are they produced?

Alma is a brand based and produced in Guatemala. It's inspired in the nature and culture of this beautiful country that is also taking amazing steps on the path of tire recycling.

Can I leave my sandals out in the Sunshine or direct heat?

The normal use and exposure to the sun will not affect the sandals after worn them. If you exposure for long journeys or extremely sun rays, they can be affected.

Returns

ou have 1 month from the day you received the order to return the purchase. The purchase must be tagged, in the original package and non worn.

Return will be issued for any cause of claim for which we are responsible will be covered, such as: defects in the product, incorrect size or color, quality control or damage.

In case you want to change size or color, we can do it free of charge, excluding shipping cost. Please check exchange policies.

In either case, please write us an email with invoice and images. After appoval, you will get instructions of how to proceed.
